Application

1) The product is an intermediate of halogenated quinoline anti-amoebic drugs, including quinoline iodoform, chloroiodoquinoline, diiodoquinoline and the like. These drugs exert anti-amoebic action by inhibiting symbiotic bacteria in the intestine, are effective against dysentery of amoeba, and have no effect on intestinal amoeba.
