Description of Polygonum Cuspidatum Extract:

Polygonum Cuspidatum is used to treat a variety of ailments, including fungal infectionin in China and Japan, a variety of skin inflammation, cardiovascular diseases and liver diseases, etc. Resveratrol and emodin is the main functional component in the Polygonum Cuspidatum. Studies have shown that resveratrol and emodin owns a wide range of antioxidant properties, such as oxidation of LDL cholesterol and lipid peroxidation. Resveratrol is good for cardiovascular health and invigorate the circulation at the same time, alleviate pain, heat, moisture, to poison to phlegm. Other ingredients include Dan anthracene ketone, emodin methyl ether and rhein have anti-inflammatory, remove arthritis and antimicrobial activity.
